She has two decades of experience across legal, commercial, and marketing leadership, and brings both detail and direction with calm authority, emotional intelligence, and intuition.
Lucy helps leaders navigate the unsaid, land the messages that matter and move teams forward with precision and confidence.
Her work is grounded in the belief that trust moves faster than noise, that people respond to presence (not polish), and that the right message doesn’t just communicate - it connects with people.
A trusted advisor who is used to helping leaders form and execute strategy, Lucy believes in bringing one's full self to the table. She is here to help you find your voice, own your space, and lead from it. She is also known to appreciate a well-structured sentence and an excellent coffee.

Stephen Jeffery

Stephen Jeffery, Co-founder, GetinFront
Steve has been responsible for Bids and Content for over 15 years, having been a Bid Manager and then Head of Content for a UK consulting and professional services firm.
He utilises this experience to define solutions, create proposals which truly reflect requirements, deliver deep thought leadership and design client propositions.
Steve is passionate about authentic storytelling, helping clients translate complex concepts into well thought out solutions and insight which makes their approach, recommendations and their benefits clear and relevant to clients.
He has also overseen content quality and supplier management for a leading global digital marketing firm, which honed his copy editing and coaching skills, helping him work at pace and with accuracy.
